¿Qué pasa si excedo los scans del mes? What happens if I exceed monthly scans?
Te avisamos con un banner cuando llegas al 80% y otro al 100%. Si tocas el 100%, te damos 3 días de grace period para que sigas escaneando con normalidad. Si al día 4 todavía no has hecho upgrade, pausamos los scans nuevos hasta el siguiente ciclo. Nunca te cobramos por scans extra: si necesitas más, el camino es hacer upgrade, no recibir un cargo sorpresa. We show a banner when you hit 80% and another at 100%. If you reach 100%, you get a 3-day grace period to keep scanning as usual. If by day 4 you haven't upgraded, we pause new scans until the next cycle. We never charge for overage: if you need more, the path is upgrading, not getting a surprise bill.
¿Puedo upgrade o downgrade mid-month? Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?

¿Cómo cuentan los devs activos? How are active devs counted?
Un dev activo es un usuario de tu organización con actividad en Musha en los últimos 30 días (login, comentario en finding, asignación, etc.). Si tienes 30 seats registrados pero solo 12 con actividad reciente, pagas por 12 en términos del límite de tu tier. An active dev is a user in your organization with activity in Musha in the last 30 days (login, comment on a finding, assignment, etc.). If you have 30 registered seats but only 12 with recent activity, you count 12 against your tier limit.
¿Tienen descuento para nonprofits o educación? Do you offer nonprofit or education discounts?

¿Puedo cancelar cuando quiera? Can I cancel anytime?
Sí, en cualquier momento. Si estás en plan Monthly, cancelas y el plan sigue activo hasta el final del mes que ya pagaste. Si estás en Annual, sigue activo hasta el final del año pagado. Y si cancelas dentro de los primeros 30 días del cobro anual, te devolvemos el dinero completo (siempre que no hayas pasado el límite de fair use). Yes, anytime. If you're on a Monthly plan, you cancel and it stays active until the end of the month you already paid. On Annual, it stays active until the end of the paid year. And if you cancel within the first 30 days of the annual charge, we refund the full amount (as long as you didn't blow past the fair use limits).

Enterprise es custom por definición. Para Starter/Team/Business, el precio es fijo y transparente — no negociamos descuentos individuales (sí los hay por anual con 20% off, y para nonprofits/educación con 50%). Si tu organización necesita algo fuera de estos límites (más devs, más scans, requisitos custom de SLA, contract terms), eso es Enterprise — escríbenos. Enterprise is custom by definition. For Starter/Team/Business, the price is fixed and transparent — we don't negotiate individual discounts (we do offer 20% off annual and 50% off for nonprofits/education). If your organization needs something outside these limits (more devs, more scans, custom SLA, contract terms), that's Enterprise — contact us.
